Billing Information
Use this tab to view the billing information that is used for the invoices. The billing information can be defined for all the facilities or a specific facility.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Tax ID | The tax code assigned by a taxing jurisdiction such as state, county, etc. |
| Bill To Address | The address at which the bills are received. |
You can also use this page to:
- Add the billing information for the invoices.
- Modify the existing billing information using the option corresponding to the Facility. The Billing Information page is displayed.
- Delete the billing information. Select the check box corresponding to the Facility. Click .
