Creating or modifying an update information request

Use this page to create a request to update the supplier information for an existing onboarding application.

  1. Select Supplier Onboarding > Update Information Request. The Update Information Request list page is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Update Information Request details page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier for whom the update request is created.
    Onboarded On
    The date on which the supplier has onboarded.
    Requested On
    The date on which the update information request is created.
    Target Date
    The date by when the supplier must respond to the update request.
    Buyer Notes
    The additional information about the update request that is communicated to the supplier.
    Supplier Notes
    The additional information about the update request that is communicated to the supplier.
  4. Click Submit.
    Note: The Accept and Reject options are enabled only if the update request is initiated by the supplier.
