Adding or modifying the Ship To

Use this page to add or modify the ship to related information such as the name, ship to ID and the address.

  1. Select Setup > Master Data > Ship Tos.
  2. Select the facility for which the Ship To is defined.
  3. Click New. The Ship To Information page is displayed. To modify an existing ship to, select the facility and ship to location and click Update.
  4. Specify or modify this information:
    Name
    The name of the ship to location.
    Ship To ID
    The code of the ship to location. This ID is used to link the application data to other systems.
    Note: You can select the DropShipTo value in this field to deliver the shipment at an address other than the specified customer Ship To address.
    Contact Name
    The point of contact for the ship to location.
    Address
    The address of the ship to location.
    City
    The name of the city where the ship to is located.
    Country
    The name of the country where the ship to is located.
    State/Province
    The name of the state/province where the ship to is located.
    Postal Code
    The postal code of the city where the ship to is located.
    Time Zone
    The time zone in which the ship to is located.
  5. Click Submit. The Ship Tos page is displayed.
