Unlocking users

The application can be configured to lock the users out after a series of failed login attempts. The security administrator can unlock the user by providing a new password.
Note: After unlocking the user, the administrator must provide a new password to the user.
  1. Select Security > Unlock User List. A list of users who are locked out of the application is displayed.
  2. Next to the user to be unlocked, click Unlock.
  3. Specify the new password and confirm the password.
  4. Click Unlock.
