Unlocking users
The application can be configured to lock the users out after a series of failed login
attempts. The security administrator can unlock the user by providing a new
password.
Note: After unlocking the user, the administrator must
provide a new password to the user.
- Select . A list of users who are locked out of the application is displayed.
- Next to the user to be unlocked, click .
- Specify the new password and confirm the password.
- Click .
