RFQ Excel Import

Use this page to import the RFQ in an excel file and check for the error messages.

  1. Select RFQ > RFQ Import.
  2. Select the I have read the Terms & Conditions and abide checkbox.
  3. Select the file using the file icon to import the file.
  4. Click Import.
During the Import process, the bid data is validated. The error messages are generated for the RFQ lines when the validation process for the RFQ line fails. For example, if the unit price is not specified for an RFQ line in the exported Excel, an error message is generated. The supplier can refer to the error messages sent by the customer to rectify the erroneous data in the excel sheet. After the errors are rectified, the customer uploads the sheet to the application.
    Note:
    • The application displays the number of RFQs for which validation is successful, in the Import Result section.
    • The number of RFQs for which the validation fails is displayed, in the Import Result section.
