Defining long distance shipments

Long-distance shipments are shipments tracked in the Global Track and Trace (GTT) module. After a supplier, Ship From, Facility, and Ship To combination is defined as long-distance, all shipments matching those criteria will be tracked through GTT. Customers establish tolerance settings for early and late shipments. Long-distance shipments can be created, edited, or deleted.

  1. Select Global Track and Trace > Define Long-Distance Shipments.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Specify the shipment details.
  4. Click Save.
