Defining the search criteria for work orders

Use this page to specify the search criteria for the work orders to be displayed on the Work Order List page.

  1. Select Outside Processing > Work Order Maintenance.
  2. Specify this information:
    Issuing Facility
    The name of the location that published the work order for the part to be processed.
    Issuing Ship From
    The location from where the part is sent for processing.
    Part
    The code of the part.
    Process
    The name of the process.
    Work Order ID
    The code or number of the work order.
    Shipper ID
    The code or number of the shipper.
    Status
    The status of the work order. Possible values:
    • Staged
    • Published
    • Completed
    Date From
    The date from which the work orders created must be displayed.
    Date To
    The date up to which the work orders created must be displayed.
  3. Click Continue. The Work Order List page is displayed.
