Managing Sites Approval Workbench

Use this page to manage the sites that are received from the supplier or vendor.

To access this page, select Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Applications > Sites Approval Workbench.

Note: A user with Administrator role or a user assigned to a User Group can review the site data.

The sites that are sent by the supplier for approval are displayed based on the values specified in the Search Criteria section

Field Name Field Description
Site Type The type of location such as warehouse, purchase office, and manufacturing unit.
Submitted On The date on which the application is submitted.
Submitted By The type of user who submits the application. Possible values:
  • Vendor
  • Supplier
  • Both
Category The product category to which the site is linked.
Status The status of the site. Possible values:
  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Rejected

You can use the Viewoption to review the details of a selected site on the Review Application Site page that is displayed.
