Reviewing Received Application details

Use this page to review the details of the application selected on theReceived Application page.

You can access this page using the View icon on the Received applications page. You can review this data on the page:

  • Application Status: Use this tab to view the status of the application and approval details.
  • Categories: Use this tab to view the product categories along with the agreements, certificates, sites and surveys attached to the application.
  • Sites: Use this tab to sites associated with the application.
    Note: This tab is displayed only if a site is attached to the onboarding application.
  • Surveys: Use this tab to view the details of the surveys linked to the application.
    Note: This tab is displayed only if a survey is attached to the onboarding application.
  • History: Use this tab to track the history of events for the selected onboarding application.

You can also use this page to access and review this data:

  • Resend the application to the supplier for corrections based on the comment that is added using the Send back option. An email notification is sent to the vendor/supplier with a link to access the onboarding wizard.
  • Determine the fields that must be displayed in the Search Criteria section using the Configure Form option.
  • Determine the data that must be displayed for the received application using the Configure Grid option.
Note: If the onboarding style of the application is set to two-step phase, the Qualification option is displayed which enables you to review the details of the application submitted during the qualification phase
