Managing Application Approval Workbench

You can use this page to manage the onboarding applications that are received for approval.

To access this page, select Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Applications > Application Approval Workbench.

Note: : A user with Administrator role or a user assigned to a User Group can review the application data.

The applications that are received for approval are displayed based on the data specified in the Search Criteria section:

Field Name Field Description
Applicant The type of applicant. Possible values:
  • Vendor
  • Supplier
Status The status of the applications received for approval. Possible values:
  • SignOff Pending
  • Approval Pending
  • Onhold
Submitted From/To The range of dates for the search criteria. The Onboarding applications within this date range are displayed for approval.
Buyer Edit The customer edit performed on the Onboarding application sent by the Vendor. Possible values:
  • Yes
  • No
You can perform these actions on this page:
  • Click View to review the onboarding application details on the Approvals Application View page that is displayed.
  • Click History to review the history of actions performed on the application on the Application Event History dialogue box that is displayed.
