Shipper Alerts

This section provides information about the alerts related to the Shipments functionality.

Alert Name	Alert Description
Under Shipment	A notification is sent when an ASN is received from a supplier for a partially completed requirement.
Over Shipment	A notification is sent when an ASN is received from a supplier for a shipment containing parts that are exceeding than that listed in the requirement.
Early Shipment Past 7 Days	A notification is sent when an ASN is received from a supplier for a shipment that is due to arrive before the requirement due date.
Late Shipment Past 7 Days	A notification is sent when an ASN is received from a supplier for a shipment that is due to arrive after the requirement due date.
Cancellation ASN Published	A notification is sent when a request is received from a supplier for ASN cancellation.
ASN ESB Transmission Error	A notification is sent when a ConfirmBod is sent by the ESB due to an error in the Advance Ship Notice (ASN).
