Creating or modifying Long-Distance Shipments
Use the Define Long-Distance Shipments page to create or modify the long-distance shipments. You can specify the tolerance in days to track the early and late shipments.
- Select Shipments > Global Track & Trace > Define Long-Distance Shipments.
 - Click Add, to create a new long-distance shipment. The Shipment Details page is displayed.
 - 
            Specify or modify this information: 
		  
            
- Name
 - The code or name of the long-distance shipment.
 - Supplier
 - The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
 - Ship From
 - The location from where the parts are shipped.
 - Facility
 - The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
 - Ship To
 - The location at which the parts are received.
 - Early
 - The number of days acceptable for an early shipment. 
			 Note:
- The status of an early shipment on the Shipment Tracking Console page is displayed based on the value specified in this field.
 - If the shipment received is early within the Medium threshold limit specified, the shipment is marked in Yellow on the Shipment Tracking Console page.
 - If the shipment received is early within the High threshold limit specified, the shipment is marked in Red on the Shipment Tracking Console page.
 
 - Late
 - The number of days acceptable for a
			 late shipment. 
			 Note:
- The status of the late shipment on the Shipment Tracking Console page is displayed based on the value specified in this field.
 - If the shipment received is late within the Medium threshold limit specified, the shipment is marked in Yellow on the Shipment Tracking Console page.
 - If the shipment received is late within the High threshold limit specified, the shipment is marked in Red on the Shipment Tracking Console page.
 
 
 - Click Save. The Shipment List page is displayed.
