Modifying the Staged Schedule details
Use the Staged Schedules page to modify the staged schedule details such as the part information, material release and requirement information.
The information in the Staged Schedule Header Information section is defaulted from the Schedule Information section of the Schedule (Staged Schedules) page.
- Select Demand > Manage Staged Schedules.
- Specify the search criteria.
- Click Continue. The Staged Schedules List page is displayed.
- Click Edit corresponding to the staged schedule. The Schedule page is displayed.
- Click Edit corresponding to the part number in the Detail Information section.

Modify this information:
- Part Number
- The code of the part.
- Engineering Level
- The code of the required version of the part.
- Model Year
- The code of the part that indicates the year when the part is used..
- Unit Of Measure
- The unit of measure for the ordered quantity of the part.
- Purchase Order Number
- The purchase order (PO) number associated with the requirements.
- Purchase Order Line Number
- The PO line number for the parts associated with the requirement.
- Cumulative Start Date
- The date from which the cumulative quantity of the part is calculated.
- CUM Received
- The total quantity of the part received up to date.
- Part Release Status
- The status of the part at the time of the release.
- Last Ship Date
- The date on which the previous shipment for the part is received.
- Last Ship Quantity
- The quantity of the part received in the previous shipment.
- Last Ship Notice
- The code of the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) for the previous shipment of the part.
- Dock
- The code of the dock where the shipment is received.
- Contact Name
- The name of the user associated with the requirements.
- Contact Phone
- The telephone number of the user specified in the Contact Name.
- Contact Email
- The email ID of the user specified in the Contact Name.
- Contact Fax
- The fax number of the user specified in the Contact Name.
- Fabrication Date
- The date from which the quantity of the part that the supplier is authorized to have on-hand, is monitored.
- Fabrication Cumulative Quantity
- The quantity of the part that the supplier is authorized to have on hand.
- CUM Required Prior
- The total quantity of the part for which the demand is raised prior to the current requirement.
- Material Date
- The date from which the quantity of the raw material for the part that the supplier is authorized to have on-hand, is monitored.
- Material Cumulative Quantity
- The total quantity of the material the supplier is authorized to purchase.
- CUM Shipped
- The cumulative quantity of parts that is shipped, including the recent shipment.
- Part Number (New)
- The code of
the part.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Part Number field is set to New.
- Part Description
- The description of the part.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Part Number field is set to New.
- Safety Item
- Indicates whether the part is used for
manufacturing a component that requires adherence to the safety standards and
inspections.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Part Number field is set to New.
- AQP
- Indicate whether the part is an
Assured Quality Part (AQP).
Note: This field is enabled only if the Part Number field is set to New.
- Type
- The type of requirement. Possible
values:
- Firm
- Planning
- Immediate
- Backlog
- Frequency
- The frequency at which the
part is required. Possible values:
- Weekly
- Flexible
- JIT (Just-in-time)
- Monthly
- Date / Time
- The date and time by which the part is required.
- Quantity
- The quantity of the part required.
- Pull Signal
- The pull signal associated with the requirement.
- End Date
- The date up to which the requirement for the part is published.
- Select the check box corresponding to the requirement type and click Copy to copy the requirement information.
- Select the check box corresponding to the requirement type and click Delete to delete the requirement information.
- Click Save. The Schedule page is displayed.
- Click Save. The Staged Schedules List page is displayed.
