Flex Field Information page

Use the Flex Field Information page to view and update the flex field information.

Field Name	Field Description
Facility Name	The facility for which the flex field is valid.
Level	The document type and location in the document where the flex field is included.
Code	The identifier of the flex field that uses to identify the data in inbound and outbound files.
Language	The language in which the corresponding label is used.
Label	The label of the flex field as the labels appears within the application and in PDF reports.
Minimum Length	The minimum number of characters required for the flex field data.
Maximum Length	The number of characters the flex field data cannot exceed.
Mandatory	Indicates whether the flex field must be included in the document.
Active	Indicates whether the flex field is currently in use. Inactive flex fields are not available within the application and are not stored in the database if sent in inbound files.
