Document Management Alerts
This section provides information about the alerts related to the Document Management functionality.
- Documents Expiring in 1..10 days
- An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is within the next ten days.
- Documents Expiring in 11..30 days
- An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is more than ten days and less than or equal to 30 days.
- Documents Expiring in 31..60 days
- An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is more than 30 days and less than or equal to 60 days.
- Documents Expiring in 61..90 days
- An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is more than 60 days and less than or equal to 90 days.
- New Document Uploaded
- A notification is sent to when you upload a new document.
- Document Response Past Due Date
- A notification is sent to the supplier when the current date has exceeded the Respond By Date and the supplier has not sent the response.
- Document Expired
- A notification is sent to the supplier when the document expires.
