Defining the criteria to create Premium Freight Authorization

Use this page to specify the criteria to create the Premium Freight Authorization (PFA).

  1. Select Premium Freight > Create PFA.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location at which the parts are received.
    Dock
    The code of the dock where the shipment is received.
    Part
    The code of the part.
    Quantity
    The required quantity of the part.
    Requirement Date and Time
    The date and time by when the part is required.
    Pull Signal
    The pull signal for the required part.
    Fulfills Existing Requirements?
    Whether the PFA shipment meets the existing requirements.
  3. Click Continue. The Premium Freight Authorization details page is displayed.
