Modifying container information for work order

Use this page to modify the container information related to a part for which the work order is created.

Note:  You can modify the container information only for the work orders with the status of Staged.
  1. Select Outside Processing > Work Order Maintenance.
  2. Specify the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue. The Work Order List page is displayed.
  4. Click Edit corresponding to the work order on the Staged tab. The Work Order page is displayed.
  5. Click Edit corresponding to the container on the Containers tab. The Containers page is displayed.
  6. Review this information:
    Container Code
    The code of the container.
    Tare Weight (Pounds)
    The weight of the empty container expressed in pounds.
    Units Per
    The number of parts to be shipped in the container.
    Lot Number
    The code for the batch of parts that are manufactured at the same time, using the same process.
    Serial Number
    The serial number of the container.
  7. Click Save. The Work Order page is displayed.
  8. Click Save.
