IDM Integration
Supplier Exchange is integrated with IDM using ION APIs. This integration enables Supplier Exchange to communicate the attached documents to the integrated applications.
Infor Document Management (IDM) is the interface which stores the attachments for the integrated applications and SE. The attachment files can be Requirements, Product Specifications, certificates, Terms & Conditions, and so on.
The attributes must be defined for each business document that supports inbound and outbound BOD flow.
Note: You can implement the IDM
functionality only when the Sync Attachments
with IDM check box is selected on the Customer
Profiles page.
