Managing Survey questions

Use this page to view the existing survey questions for a specific survey. You can only add the survey questions to an existing survey, when the status of the survey is set to Editing.

You can access this page using the Questions option on the Add/Edit Survey page.

Review this information:

Field Name Field Description
Sequence No The serial number of the question.
Question The survey questions.
Response Type The type of survey response. Possible values:
  • Yes
  • No
Mandatory Indicates whether the survey question is mandatory.

You can perform these options on the page:

  • Click Add to add a new survey question on the Add/Edit Survey Question page that is displayed.
  • Click Edit to modify an existing survey question on the Add/Edit Survey Question page that is displayed.
  • Click Delete to delete a survey question.
