Document Profiles
Use this page to view the list of documents that can be exported to the host or attached to the email notification.
Review this information in the Documents For Export To Host and Documents For Email Copy sections:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Host | The name of the host used for sending or receiving the files. |
| Document Type | The document to be transferred. For example, Material Release and Advance Shipment Notice (ASN). The document types are determined by the user profile (customer or supplier), and if the selected host system is part of a Value-Added Network (VAN). |
| Document Format | The format in which file is exported. |
| Attach File | Indicates whether the document is attached to the email notification. |
| Contact | The user to whom an email notification is sent when the document is published. |
You can also use this page to:
- Create a profile for the documents using the option. The Document Profile Details page is displayed.
- Modify an existing profile for the document using the option . The Document Profile Details page is displayed.
- Delete the document profile using the option.
