Viewing metrics components

  1. Select Metrics > Set Up Metrics Components.
  2. Apply default rating selections to all categories and tests, turn on or off components, and add or update custom metric tests.
  3. In the Default Ratings table, select the ratings to be included in the reports. Deselect the ratings that are not to be included in the reports.
  4. Click Apply Defaults.
