Release Report Search Criteria

Use the Release Report Search Criteria page to define the search criteria.

Field Name Field Description
Facility Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.
Ship To Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.
Ship From The location from which parts are shipped.
Customer Part The part as defined by the customer. Possible values:
  • List Parts. If this option is selected, Part List field displays.
  • Select Parts. If this option is selected, Part Start, Part End, and Part Number fields are displayed
Part Start The number from which parts are included. This field is visible only if the Select Parts option is selected in the Customer Part field.
Part End The number up to which parts are included. This field is visible only if the Select Parts option is selected in the Customer Part field.
Part Number The list of parts to include. This field is visible only if the List Parts option is selected in the Customer Part field.
Published Since The date after which demand is issued.
Document Type The type of release in which demand is sent, i.e. SMI Signal, eKanbanSignal, MaterialRelease, or ShippingSchedule.
Requirement Type Whether the requirement is for planning or production. Selected as either Firm or Planning.
Status Whether the demand has been fulfilled by the supplier.
Net Change The net change that is exceeded by the demand. To filter by net change, select Net Change and enter a percentage in the field that displays.
Show Part List Whether the part list displays in addition to the demand list.
List Obsolete Parts If this check box is selected, the obsolete parts list is displayed.
