Defining or modifying ship from

Use this page to specify or modify the ship from information such as the ship from ID, address information and the transit times for the ship from and ship to combination.

  1. Select Setup > Master Data > Ship Froms. The Ship Froms page is displayed.
  2. Click New in the Ship From Selection section. The Ship From page is displayed.
    Note: You can select the ship from and click Update to modify the ship from information.
  3. Specify or modify this information:
    Name
    The name of the ship from location.
    Ship From Id
    The Ship From code that is used to link the application data to external application data.
    Contact Name
    The name of the user who manages the Ship From location and whom the customer can contact.
    Address
    The address of the ship from location from where the parts are shipped.
    City
    The name of the city where the ship from is located.
    Country
    The name of the country where the ship from is located.
    State/Province
    The name of the state/province where the ship from is located.
    Postal Code
    The postal code of the city where the ship from is located.
    Time Zone
    The time zone of the city where the ship from is located.
    Weight Type
    The unit of measure for the weight of the parts. Possible values:
    • Kilograms
    • Not Applicable
    • Pounds
  4. Click Add in the Transit Times section to define the transit time for the ship from. The Transit Times page is displayed.
    Note: 
    • This option is available only when you modify the ship from details.
    • You can use the Edit option corresponding to the Facility to modify the transit time for the ship from.
  5. Click Submit.
