Defective Material Notices
Use this page to view and modify the Defective Material Notices (DMNs). The DMNs are classified based on the status and are displayed on these tabs.
- Pending DMNs
- Open DMNs
- Closed DMNs
- Canceled DMNs
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the View Defective Material Notices Search Criteria page. The color codes in the Legend section describe the status of the tasks related to the DMN such as sending the containment and corrective response.
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| DMN ID | The code of the notification. |
| Facility | The name of the facility from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location to which the parts are shipped. |
| Part | The code of the part for which the notification is published. |
| Status | The status of the tasks associated with the DMN indicated based on the color codes displayed in the Legend section. |
| Published | The date and time when the DMN is published. |
| Last Updated | The date and time when the DMN is last modified. |
| Last Response | The date and time when the response to the DMN is sent. |
| Closed | The date and time when the customer closes the DMN. |
You can also use this page to:
- Send the response to the
DMN using the
option corresponding
to the
DMN ID. The
DMN Edit page is displayed.
Note: You can only modify the DMNs that are on Pending and Open tabs.
- View the DMN using the option corresponding to the DMN ID. The View DMN page is displayed.
