Creating or modifying document profile (Email)
Use this page to create the profile for the documents to be attached to the email notification.
- Select Communications > Define Documents. The Document Profiles page is displayed.
 - 
             Click 
			 Add. The 
			 Document Profile Details page is displayed. 
		  
            To modify an existing profile for the document, click Edit corresponding to Document Format in the Documents For Email Copy section.
 - 
            Specify this information: 
		  
            
- Document Type
 - The document to be transferred. For example, Material Release, Advance Shipment Notice (ASN). The document types are determined by the user profile (customer or supplier).
 - File Format
 - The format in which file is exported. Possible values: 
					 
- CSV
 - ZML
 - X12
 - EDIFACT
 - PXML
 - VDA
 - ODETTE
 - OXML
 
 - Attach File
 - Indicates whether the document is attached to the email notification.
 - Contact Name 1
 - The user to whom the notification is sent when the document is published.
 
 - Click Submit. The document to be attached to the email notification is created.
