Document Management Alerts
This section provides information about the alerts related to the Document Management functionality.
| Alert Name | Alert Description |
|---|---|
| New Document Uploaded | A notification is sent to the supplier when a new document is uploaded. |
| Document Response Past Due Date | A notification is sent to the supplier when the current date has exceeded the Respond By Date and the supplier has not sent the response. |
| Document Expired | A notification is sent to the supplier when
the document expires.
Note: The document is valid until the expiry date specified for
the document. The alert is sent when the supplier is required to replace the
document with the revised version.

| Documents Expiring in 1..10 days | A notification is sent to the supplier when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is within the next ten days. |
| Documents Expiring in 11..30 days | A notification is sent to the supplier when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is more than ten days and less than or equal to 30 days. |
| Documents Expiring in 31..60 days | A notification is sent to the supplier when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is more than 30 days and less than or equal to 60 days. |
| Documents Expiring in 61..90 days | A notification is sent to the supplier when the number of days remaining for the document to expire is more than 60 days and less than or equal to 90 days. |
