Advance Shipment Notice History
Use this page to view the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) history details. The information such as the shipper number, ASN number and ASN creation date are displayed.
To view this page, click corresponding to the ASN on the ASN History page.
Review this information in the Facility Information section:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Ship From | The location from where the parts are shipped. |
Review this information in the Shipper Information section:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Shipper | The code of the shipper. You can click the shipper number to view the details of the ASN linked to the shipper. |
| Last Published ASN | The code or number of the last published ASN. |
| Ship Date | The date on which the shipment is dispatched. |
Review this in the Advance Ship Notice History section:

| ASN | The ASN number of the published or republished shipper. |
| Creation Date | The date and time on which the ASN is generated. |
| Purpose Code | The purpose of the ASN. |
