RFQ Alerts
This section provides information about the alerts related to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) functionality.
| Alert Name | Alert Description |

| Supplier Bid Submitted | A notification is sent when the supplier submits a bid to the RFQ line. |
| On RFQ Expiry | A notification is sent when the RFQ is expired. |
| When Supplier opted out (No-Bid) | A notification is sent when the supplier has selected not to bid for the RFQ line. |
| Supplier Asked Questions | A notification is sent when the supplier submits a query related to the RFQ line. |
| Supplier Accepts changes proposed by Buyer | A notification is sent when the supplier accepts the proposed changes to the RFQ line. |
| In case of Sealed auction - On Expiry, when bids are pushed to ERP | A notification is sent when the RFQ for which the Auction Type is set to Sealed and the bids received are updated in the ERP. |
| When Supplier suggests other (a new MPN) | A notification is sent when the supplier recommends a Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) as an alternative to the required part. |
