Releases Exceeded Net Change

Use this page to view the releases for which the required quantity of the part exceeds the net change permissible. The information such as the required quantity, previous quantity and the net change quantity and percentage, is displayed.

To view this page, click the Requirement Exceeded Net Change tile on the Releases tab that is displayed in the Event Management Console page.

Review this information:

Field Name Field Description
Facility The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To The location at which the parts are received.
Supplier The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Customer Part The code of the part.
Req. Type The type of the requirement. Possible values:
  • Firm
  • Plan
  • Immediate
  • Backlog
Frequency The frequency at which the part is required. Possible values:
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • JIT (Just-in-time)
  • Monthly
Previous Quantity The quantity of the part specified in the previous requirement (release).
Current Quantity The quantity of the part required.
Net Change Quantity The difference between the Current Quantity and the Previous Quantity of the part.
Net Change Percent The percentage of net change in the required quantity of the part.
Requirement Date The date by which the parts are required.

  • View the Net Change details using the View option corresponding to the release.
  • View the Net Change details in the chart format using the icon corresponding to the release.
  • View the contact information of the supplier using the Contact option corresponding to the release. The Contact Information page is displayed.
