Emergency Requirements
Use this page to view the release that includes the information related to the part required without delay. The release data such as facility, ship to, supplier, part and the requirement date, is displayed.
To view this page, click the Emergency Requirements tile on the Releases tab that is displayed in the Event Management Console page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier to whom the release is sent. |
| Customer Part | The code of the part. |
| Quantity | The required quantity of the part. |
| Requirement Date | The date on which the part is required at the Ship To location. |
You can also use this page to:
- View the details of the release using the option corresponding to the release. The Schedule page is displayed.
- View the contact information of the supplier using the option corresponding to the release. The Contact Information page is displayed.
