Tasks
The Tasks page allows you to view the list of tasks for an individual user or for all users. You can view the task related information such as the name of the task, the date on which the task is created, and the name of the salesperson or user assigned to the task. The data on this page is displayed based on the value specified in these fields:
- Folder
- List View
You can use this page to:
- Create a new folder, using the option.
- Modify or delete an existing folder, using the option.Note: The option is available only when a specific folder is selected.
- Define a page layout, using the option.
- Modify or delete an existing page layout, using the option.Note: The option is available only when a specific list view is selected.
- Create a duplicate of the existing layout, using the option.
- Create a new task, using the option.
- Delete a selected task, using the option.
- Close the selected tasks, using the option.
- Reassign a single or multiple tasks to an alternate user, using the option.Note: This option is displayed only if the Add Ability to Mass Reassign and Close Tasks in Event field is enabled on the Administer Enterprise Configuration Options page in Settings.
- Search for a task, using the List View Search field.
- Modify a task, using the option.
- Delete a task, using the option.
