Wait List

The Wait List section displays information related to the list of guests without a pre-booked reservation. The VIP and Tribal guests are identified and prioritized over other guests on the waitlist, based on the icons displayed corresponding to a contact name. A VIP guest is indicated with a black star, and a Tribal guest is indicated with a blue star. The unallocated guests can be assessed in real time with wait list and moved based on a priority until the guests are accommodated. The Wait List reallocates the guest to the mini guest list automatically.

Note: You can set the contact as the VIP and Tribal guests on the Contact details page to avail priority seating. The default wait time for the VIP and Tribal guests can be specified on the Manage Floor Management Settings page.
