Configuring Percentage Adjustments for functions

  1. Select Settings > Event Financials > Discount Settings. The Discount Settings page is displayed.
  2. Select the Enable Percentage Adjustments for Functions check box to include percentage discount when calculating service fee for the function. The Service Fee Calculation Mode section is displayed.
    Note: 
    • If this check box is selected, the functionality is available across enterprise sites.
    • If this check box is cleared, percentage discounts are not applied to function charges.
  3. Select the required option displayed in the section. Possible values:
    • Apply Service Fees to Discounted Amount
    • Apply Service Fees to Original Amount Prior to Discount
    • Allow Option for User to Select
    Note: The User Choice Default options are displayed only if you select Allow Option for User to Select.
  4. Click Save.
