Discount Settings

The Discount Settings page enables you to configure percentage discounts for functions and determine how service fees are calculated when percentage discounts are applied. You can access this page by selecting Discount Settings in the Settings functionality. The setting is applied to all sites within the enterprise.

Percentage discounts applied to the function, lock Applied Rates to the default rates of the linked Revenue Center. By default, the service fees are calculated based on the adjusted amount after the percentage adjustments are applied.

However, when discounts are applied to events, the service fees are calculated using the original amount before the discount is applied.

The functionality provides flexibility in managing function-level discounts while helping you maintain control over service fee calculations and related revenue impacts.
