Manage Event Lifecycle
The Event Lifecycle Models page enables you to add an event lifecycle
model. The event lifecycle model provides a pattern for different lifecycle stages (process
inquiry, send proposal, or close) of an event. You can set stages for the model to track the
exact status of the event.
Note: The Inquiry and Proposal lifecycle
status combined into a Prospect Bookings row on the GRC Calendar. The row is displayed only
when the Show Prospect Row Setting check box is selected on the
Guest Rooms Control Settings by Site page in the Settings
functionality.
The page displays the name and category of the event lifecycle model and indicates whether the event lifecycle model is defined in the Master List site.
The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.
You can also use this page to:
- Add a name of an event lifecycle model, using the option.
- Modify the details of an existing event lifecycle model, using the option.
