Event

The Event details page displays the information related to a specific event. You can use this page to view and modify information such as the guest bookings, functions, and the event timeline.

The Event details page comprises of sections such as Event Details, Billing Details, Function Details, Guest Rooms Blocks, Guest Rooms Bookings, Event Timeline, and Event Booking Details. You can only review the details in the Event Lifecycle section.

You can use this page to:
  • Modify the Contact Details, Cancellation Details, Event Details, and the Billing Details sections, using the Edit Event option.
  • View financial details, using the View Financial Details option.

You can also click the ellipses icon on this page to:

  • Create a new event using New Event option.
  • Copy the event, using the Copy Event option.
  • Copy the event to multiple dates, using the Multi-Copy Event option.
  • Move the event to another date, using Move Event option.
  • Move the event to another master event, using the Change Master Event option.
  • Activate a cancelled event and restore the Guest Room Block information, using the Reactivate Event option.
    Note: This option is displayed only if the status of the event is set to Cancelled in the Event Life Cycle section.
  • View the information related to the event self-service portal,using the View Self-Service Portal Details option.
  • Allow the associated users to exceed the location capacity for all event related functions, using the Authorize Exceed Capacity Override option.
