SMS Messages

The SMS Messages page enables you to specify a confirmation message that is sent to a guest when the reservation status is changed to Arrived.

You can set a message that is sent to a guest when the status of the guest reservation is updated to Paged, indicating that the guest asset (room or service) is ready for confirmation of the reservation.

You can set reminder messages to notify the guest when the guest fails to arrive for the scheduled booking, the reservation is about to be released due to the guest’s no-show, or the name is removed from the waitlist due to no response.

The merge fields can be used in the reminder message template to add relevant details when the message is sent to the guest.
