Location Capacity Usage

The Location Capacity Usage page displays the maximum capacity of a specific venue or location (grand hall, party room, banquet room, or ballroom) being used for events..

The capacity usage of a location is based on the number of guests attending the scheduled function. The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Site, Date, Time Between, and And fields.

You can access this page by clicking the chevron-down icon corresponding to the Usage Options section on the Events calendar page and selecting the Location Capacity Usage option.

You can also click the ellipses icon on this page to:

  • Create an event, using the New Event option.
  • Create a master event, using the New Master Event option.
  • View the Events calendar page, using the Calendar option.
  • View a list of functions, using the View Function List option.
  • View a list of events, using the View Event List option.
  • View a list of master events, using the View Master Event List option.
  • View the inventory used, using the Inventory Usage option.
  • View the number of days for which each location is booked with the occupancy percentage of the location, using the Location Occupancy option.
