Adding a function object
- Select Settings > Event Room Diagramming > Manage Function Objects. The Manage Function Diagram Objects page is displayed.
- 
				Select a Division and a Site to which a function object must be
					added.
				Note: If you select the Master List site to add a function object, the function object is added to all the sites.
- 
				Click New. The Edit
						Function Diagram Object page is displayed.
				Note: You can modify an existing function object, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the function object.
- 
				Specify this information:
				- Name
- The name of the function object.
- Capacity
- The number of guests that can be accommodated for the function object.
 - Type
- The type of function object.
 - Shape
- The shape of the function object type.
 Note: Additional fields are displayed based on the value selected in this field.- Image
- An image of the function object.
 - Rotation Angle
- The angle by which the function object must be rotated.
 
- Click Save.
