Specifying a message
- Select Settings > Reservation Floor Management > SMS Messages. The SMS Messages page is displayed.
- Select a division and a site for which the messages are displayed.
- Specify a message that must be sent to a guest when the status of the reservation is changed to Arrived in the Confirmation Message field.
- Specify a message that is to be sent to a guest when the status of the reservation is changed to Paged in the Asset is Ready Message field.
- Specify a reminder message in the First Reminder Message field to send a notification, if the guest fails to arrive.
- Specify a second reminder message in the Second Reminder Message field to send a notification, if the guest is about to lose the reservation spot.

Specify a third reminder message in the Third
Reminder Message field to send a notification before the guest
is removed from the waitlist due to no response.
Note: You can select the Active check box to enable the first, second, and third reminder messages to be sent automatically. Additionally, you must specify the interval in minutes in the Minutes After Previous Message field by which the subsequent automatic messages are to be triggered. This time interval must be set in hierarchical order.
- Click Save.
