Specifying a message

  1. Select Settings > Reservation Floor Management > SMS Messages. The SMS Messages page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which the messages are displayed.
  3. Specify a message that must be sent to a guest when the status of the reservation is changed to Arrived in the Confirmation Message field.
  4. Specify a message that is to be sent to a guest when the status of the reservation is changed to Paged in the Asset is Ready Message field.
  5. Specify a reminder message in the First Reminder Message field to send a notification, if the guest fails to arrive.
  6. Specify a second reminder message in the Second Reminder Message field to send a notification, if the guest is about to lose the reservation spot.
  7. Specify a third reminder message in the Third Reminder Message field to send a notification before the guest is removed from the waitlist due to no response.
  8. Click Save.
