Manage Event Packages

The Event Packages page enables you to add event packages. The packages are services, amenities, and pricing options offered by hotels or event venues to facilitate the event planning and execution.

You can include service fee rate option to apply relevant charges. The early booking incentive option is provided to reward the guest who makes early reservations.

The page displays the data related to the event packages and you can also view whether the event type is visible in the guest portal.

The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.

You can also use this page to:
  • Add an event package, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an existing event package, using the Edit option.
  • Add a function to an event package, using the Manage Functions option.
