Checking availability of a location for a function or an event
- Select Events. The Events Calendar page is displayed.
- Click the chevron-down icon corresponding to the Availability Options section in the toolbar panel.
- Click the Check Availability option. The Check Availability page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Site
- The site for which you require to check the availability to organize an event.
- Date
- The date for which you require to check the availability.
- Start Time Between
- The start time of the event for which you require to check the availability of a location for a function.
- And
- The end time of the event for which you require to check the availability of a location for a function.
- Attendance
- The number of guests attending the event.
- Function Type
- The type of the function associated with the event.
- Click Check Availability. The available slots are displayed.
- Select an appropriate slot in the Available Slots section.
- Click Book Event. The Event page is displayed.
- Specify required information.
- Click Save.
