Checking availability of a location for a function or an event

  1. Select Events. The Events Calendar page is displayed.
  2. Click the chevron-down icon corresponding to the Availability Options section in the toolbar panel.
  3. Click the Check Availability option. The Check Availability page is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Site
    The site for which you require to check the availability to organize an event.
    Date
    The date for which you require to check the availability.
    Start Time Between
    The start time of the event for which you require to check the availability of a location for a function.
    And
    The end time of the event for which you require to check the availability of a location for a function.
    Attendance
    The number of guests attending the event.
    Function Type
    The type of the function associated with the event.
  5. Click Check Availability. The available slots are displayed.
  6. Select an appropriate slot in the Available Slots section.
  7. Click Book Event. The Event page is displayed.
  8. Specify required information.
  9. Click Save.
