Manage event guest list booking

The Event Guest List Bookings page displays a list of event guest list bookings. You can also view and modify the details of an event guest list booking.

You can access this page by expanding the List Views option from toolbar on the Events calendar page and selecting the Event Guest List Bookings option.
Note: The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Folder and List View fields.
You can use this page to:
  • Manage a folder, using the Manage Folder option.
    Note: This option is enabled only when a folder (except for Show All) is selected.
  • Create a new folder, using the New Folder option.
    • You can create a folder to organize the created list views. A hierarchical level can be set for this folder under the primary Enterprise, Division, Region, Business Unit or Site folder.
    • You can access this folder, only if you have the appropriate authorization.
  • Manage the list view, using the Manage View option.
    Note: 
    • This option is enabled only when a view (except for Default Guest List Bookings View) is selected.
    • The Default Guest List Bookings View is displayed when Show All is selected in the Folder field or if no view is added to a folder.
  • Create a new list view, using the New View option.
  • Create a copy of an existing list view, using the Copy View option.
  • Charge the balance due of the selected event guest list booking(s), using the Batch Charge Balance Due option.
  • Charge No Show fee of the selected event guest list booking(s), using the Batch Charge No Show Fee option.
  • Modify the details of an event guest list booking, using the Edit option.
  • View the details of an event guest list booking by clicking the event guest list booking name.
  • Search for a guest list booking, using the List View Search field.
