Importing field options

  1. Select Settings > Marketing > Marketing Field Options > Referral Types.The Import Field Options page is displayed.
  2. Click the required field reference in the first Spreadsheet Column Labels section to copy the field reference to a spreadsheet file.
    Note: The second Spreadsheet Column Labels section displays each simple option that can be imported, and the additional support provided with these options when being imported.
  3. Use these options in the Import Field Options section:
    Test
    To import the spreadsheet file for verifying whether the spreadsheet file is configured correctly.
    Apply Updates
    To import the file for updating the database permanently.
    Spreadsheet
    To import the data associated with the referral types in a spreadsheet file.
  4. Select the spreadsheet file from the computer.
  5. Click Import.
