Billing Method

The Billing Method page enables you to add a billing method that is used to calculate changes incurred by hotel guests, generate invoices, process payments, and create expense record for the guests to review after the completion of the stay.

The page displays the name of the billing methods and indicates whether the billing methods are defined in the Master List site.

The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.

You can also use this page to:
  • Add a billing method, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an existing billing method, using the Edit option.
