Check Package Availability

The Check Package Availability page enables you to check availability of event packages for a site. You can check whether the configured package is available for the specific dates to host the function(s).

You can also create a new event and new master event using the New Event and New Master Event options.

You can click the ellipses icon on this page to:
  • View an event calendar, using Calendar option.
  • View a list of functions, using the View Function List option.
  • View a list of events, using the View Event List option.
  • View a list of master events, using the View Master Event List option.
  • View the location capacity that can be utilized for a function, using the Location Capacity Usage option. You can also view already booked Functions for the selected site, date, and time.
  • View the usage of the configured inventory, using the Inventory Usage option.
