Manage Timeline Items

The Timeline Items page enables you to add a timeline item for a function (wedding, meeting, etc.) that continues over an extended period of time. The timeline item refers to a specific event, task, or activity that is scheduled for a specific time during the function.

The page displays the name and description of the timeline items and indicates whether the timeline items are defined in the Master List site.

The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.

You can also use this page to:
  • Add a name of a timeline item, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an existing timeline item, using the Edit option.
