Configuring the room rental rate

  1. Select Settings > Event Financials > Room Rentals > Room Rental Financial Settings.The Room Rental Financial Settings page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which the room rent rate is configured.
  3. Specify the room rental setting in the Room Rental Financial Settings section:
    Revenue Center
    The type of revenue center applicable for room rentals.
    Applied Rates
    The type of room rates to be applied.
    Use Inclusive Pricing for Room Rental
    Select this check box to indicate whether the pricing for the room rental is included.
  4. Click Save.
