Cancellation Reasons
The Cancellation Reasons page enables you to provide a reason for cancelling guest reservations or bookings. This page displays the description for the cancellation of the reservation and indicated whether the reason is defined in the Master List site. You can also view whether cancellation reason is visible in the guest portal.
The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.
