Adding or modifying dietary restriction in a service item

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Manage Service Item Dietary Restrictions. The Dietary Restrictions page is displayed.
  2. Select Division and Site to which the food restriction is added in the service item.
  3. Click New to add food restriction to service items. The Settings page is displayed.
    Note: You can also modify the details by selecting the Edit option corresponding to the name of the food that is restricted is the service item.
  4. Select the icon associated with the food restriction, in the Icon field.
    Note: You can only select an icon without uploading an image.
  5. Upload an image of the food in the Image field, which is restricted in the service item.
    Note: If an image is uploaded, the value in the Icon field must be set to Blank.
  6. Select the Visible In Guest Portal check box to view the dietary restriction added to the service item in the Online Ordering Self-Service Portal (OOSSP).
  7. Click Save.
